Working groups have launched! All six working groups have brought together experts in their field who have contributed to their working group topic to discuss what has come out of literature, lived experience and program scans to distill leading practices and ways to address the well-being
- Create and sustain positive work and learning environments and culture
- Invest in measurement, assessment, strategies and research
- Support mental health and reduce stigma
- Engage effective resources to minimize administrative burden
- Institutionalize well-being as a long-term value
- Recruit and retain a diverse and inclusive health workforce, focused on meeting current and future needs
